SHIPPING TIME

Order Processing: We will process your order in 1 to 5 business days after receiving payments. Order Shipping: 15-30 calendar days.

Before we ship your order, we need to prepare your products, conduct strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. This is the time it takes to prepare your items for shipping. Hope you can understand it.

SHIPPING FEES

A flat shipping rate of $0 applies to all deliveries within the United States.

ABOUT TRACKING

The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number can be tracked within 48 hours after you receive the email. However, during the Holiday Season, tracking may be delayed. For orders with Standard Shipping, tracking will not be available once the parcels arrive in the United States. This is because the USPS website will no longer update the shipping package information during this period.

WRONG OR FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEM I RECEIVED

If you find that an item you received is faulty, defective, or incorrect, please email us so we can address your concerns. Please include as many details as possible, including photos of the order and the issue with the item, and we will resolve this for you promptly.

MISSING ANY ITEMS IN MY ORDER

If you notice items are missing from your order, please email us first. When you place an order with multiple items, we may sometimes ship all items separately (even if ordered at the same time), which means some items may arrive at different times. You will receive an email notification if your items are shipped separately. Please check your email inbox first, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us directly.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All customers are responsible for customs duties. However, for orders shipped to the United States that do not exceed 800 USD, no duties will be applied.
